It depends on what proof you have that you posted it. You did post it registered didn't you? If not then paypal almost always side with the buyer. Sorry not to be more positive

I-A maybe you should try get straight on with claiming compensation from the post office. You can find the forms online and just need to have the proof of postage. You can use the print outs from Ebay and the invoice from PayPal as proof of how much it was worth but I am not sure they will pay more than £32. Also they do not cover any postage you have paid. I have done it once succesfully. Can't help you with the charge back on Paypal never had that happen to me.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Sounds to me like the buyer is pulling a fast one. I trust none of them. I sold loads on ebay, sent probably 100 packages recorded delivery and not one got lost. One day I sent OH to the post office with 8 packages, he forgot to send them recorded and out of the 8, 5 said they hadn't received them. It makes my blood boil honestly. Sorry you're having to deal with this IA.:A

Can't you try to talk to the buyer, see if he can have a look at his local post office is the parcel is there it maybe that the label fell of or something like that. I would also ask at your post office just in case there has been a problem.
I sent a webcam to my mother in Denmark and it did not arrive. She asked her post office and after 3 months it was delivered to her. I believe it sat in Denmark for that amount of time and no one did anything with it.
If the parcel looked like a CD/DVD unfortunately it could have been nicked. Sorry to be so negative but at least my Webcam had a happy outcome.Save £12k in 25 No 49

I think he's pulling a fast one too. He's got one feedback This is the message he sent to me and looks like he knows too much about it to have only bought one thing before.... :mad:Sarah,
I checked again today and I have still not received the product. I am going to request from eBay that I get my money retrieved from you.
I beleive that you should make the claim against the Royal Mail. Hopefully you insured the product for the correct amount so that you should have no problems getting your money back as well.
I am sure that this was not your fault and that you did send the product and I am sorry that I have to make this claim against you
