I could never dream of either of you explaining to a social worker that you swopped your baby for a Westlife CD:rotfl:

When I were a lad we used to call you lot "goths" or in the case of Robert Smith "nancy boys" :p

I saw a girl with a snoopy tattoo once - proof chavs can have tattoos. I can't think of anything less aspirational than a tat of snoopy... or can I....

    Hello!

Haven't posted here much yet at all, but been following with interest!

Just wanted to tell you that my daughter has/had severe eczema..she is 7 months old..and it got a lot worse suddenly. We tried all sorts of creams, then were referred to the hospital...we found it was getting slightly infected, so we were prescribed dermol cream and dermol bath emollient which have antiseptic in them as well as moisturiser...she still gets a tiny bit of hydrocortisone on any red patches but you wouldn't really know she had eczema, it cleared it right up.

We can tell if its infected again if it goes sore and weepy at all and just get a little bit of antibiotic cream and it clears straight away.

Worth a try if the other stuff doesn't help. We also find Epaderm is wonderful, slathered on twice a day!

Stu has got a Taz on one calf, a wizard on the other, 2 huge dragons on his back, a panther on one shoulder and an eagle on the other. He's also got 'Stu' on one wrist...he gets endless jokes that he should have 'pid' on the other wrist!

He has his own name written on him - it's THREE letters long - can't he learn how to spell it ????

I can get a loved ones name, a symbol you *REALLY* believe it won't go wrong - or something meaningful and significant or 'deep' like some squiggle supposedly meaning 'peace' in chinese (or more likely "tw&t" if the tattoist has a sadistic streak like I do)... or something macho and associating with a team like in the army/forces/services or even an animal or a really beautifully crafted image of anything - art in its own right.... I *don't get* wanting snoopy permanently scribbled on you.

The animal tattoos are lovely, I'm not a huge fan of tattoos but I really like his.....but the wizard and the taz I'm not keen on. I don't spend much time looking at his calves though luckily!

And as for the name on his wrist.....what can I say??? He was young.... :)

I have quite a few but they all mean something to me...

I have a black tribal rose on my hip which eventually I'm going to have redone and my mum's name underneath it. I have a triple goddes with a pentagram in it on the bottom of my back (Imagine )O( that with a star in the O), a tribal heart with Ste's initials in it at the top of my spine which I'm going to have repeated around like a 4 leaf clover (but tribal hearts instead) with the girls' and my mum's initials in them. I also have a big paw at the top of my right arm with a cartoon kitty in it..... :D
