Morning all! Well here we go AGAIN!
I've been up since 5 (AGAIN ) with regular contractions but this time I've had strong period pain with them as well. They started every 20 mins but are now around 10-15 mins so am up timing them to see if they disappear like yesterday or whether this is the real thing so I can tell Ste to go in to work or not. Fingers crossed this isn't another false alarm or I'll be soooo peeved off! Hoping it's not though as yesterday we tried everything (including s.e.x in the end! lol) to try and kick start things again and I won't be pleased if I knackered myself up for nothing!!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

AAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH IT'S HAPPENED AGAIN ANOTHER BLOODY FALSE ALARM!! WHY????? Woke up with proper pains and everything at 5am and they were every 20 mins before going down to every 10 minutes but now they've dwindled down to nothing!!!!!!!
I'm so fed up!!!!!!!! Why can't my body just do what it's supposed to! How hard can it be??? This is the 2nd morning in a row I've been woken at 5am with regular contractions and this morning they've been really painful and I really though that this was it.
Steve even stayed off work and we called MIL and SIL to put them on red alert and I feel so stupid and like I can't even trust my own body!!!!! Why is this happening??????????? Argh!!!!!!! Am I actually going to go into labour properly and if I do will I actually know it's proper labour?????
*sigh*
Looks like it's back to normal today and going to take Steve into work in a little bit. This is starting to seriously take the !!!!.... and what's the deal with 5am???? It'd be fine if it was during the day but noooooo I have to have my sleep interupted as well!!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Awh, IA. I have never had a baby so I can't imagine what this must be like for you. The words 'sods law' spring to mind, a watched pot never boils and all that! I hope it makes you feel a teeny tiny weeny bit better to know that we're all thinking of you! Kaitlyn obviously loves her mummy so much she doesn't want to leave her cosy little bed! She'll be here soon, and will be soooo worth the wait! x x0

Just a quickie to update. We're all fine here and settling into family life as a foursome really well. Kaitlyn's doing great and Ashli's beginning to really like her baby sister. I'm healing really well and my body seems to have taken this birth in it's stride compared to how I was with Ashli. K's 2 days old now and although it's been very surreal it's been wonderful all the same. I have been a bit hormonal today and went through the whole 'missing my bump emotional breakdown' today but other than that I feel great and the SPD has all but cleared up (thank god!)
Needless to say the DFWness has gone out the window a little bit but I did sit down today and look at the bank and money in and out and we're still fine and will be able to save as much as we planned all being well. Citi may have to be paid a week or so later than the original target but I'm not going to complain especially as we've just have a baby! lol!
Oh and the £2 savings have come on leaps and bounds lol we have £40 now! Have been to the shops and a sandwich place a few times which is probably why as I literally save every £2 coin and would never dream of spending them! lol!
Midwife is coming out again tomorrow to check us over but no problems at all.Below is a picture of the girls. Bless them. I love our little family and I've never been so happy.

Aww they look lovely together, what's the age gap? My son was 19 months when I had DD and they are really good friends now at 21 and almost 20.0

lol just realised I didn't post a birth announcement in my actual diary! Anyway here it is so you can at least read all the details LOL.
After having contractions all day on the 29th at 3pm they were around 3 mins apart. We arrived at the hospital at 4pm just using my tens machine (plus had had a couple paracetamol). Was examined around 5.20 and found to be 7cm dilated so they broke my waters and I started gas and air as it was too late for anything else. Kaitlyn was born at 6.02 after 20 mins of pushing (official labour time was 2 3/4 hours.) weighing 8lb 2 and 52cm long using just gas and air. No stitches and no problems and she had a breastfeed soon after so we were allowed to go home at 8.45. Was in shock i think as everything happened so quickly but have no regrets as I'm here to tell the tale! lol!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
