Mine took a couple of weeks for me to feel more 'balanced'. But the past week I seem to be on a downward slope again but it coincides with a visit from *ahem* 'aunt Flo' which can't be helping things much as I seem to be going right back down to square one emotionally again. Hopefully will start feeling better again soon.

Thanks - was wondering, as dr had said some feel life changing difference in 4 weeks, but it feels like nothing has changed (but it's only been 5 days!!). Expecting miracles I think!

I've been on mine just under 4 weeks and I wouldn't describe it as being life changing! Especially as I've been feeling just as bad as before during the past week!
He did say it takes a good 2-4 weeks for them to take effect and even then most people are on them for a while before seeing any real changes.
