  • IA,
Im going to make another suggestion-please feel free to tell me shove off-(see, I can be a real bossy moo) Why don't you and Ste sit down for a nice meal together AWAY from the TV? I make sure we have all our family meals sittign at the table, tv turned off. It gives us a chance to talk and catch up on the days events etc. (eating in front of the TV has also been linked to gainign weight-you eat more because you aren't paying attention to how much you are consuming)

See, I told you I was bossy!!!
But, it's just a suggestion so you 2 can enjoy the time together. I know it makes a huge difference for me and hubby.

lol well for starters we can't actually SEE our dining table as it's covered in clutter...(It's on my list of things to do.. promise! Shame that list is a mile long..). plus last night was the first time we'd actually be able to sit together and eat for ages because we ate so late.. one of us is normally having to hold/feed/change/comfort Kaitlyn!!
In an ideal world though we would! lol!

I remember those days.:D I once managed to eat a full English breakfast in a cafe with only one hand :rotfl: . They do pass I promise, come Sept my youngest is in f-time school and I'm having a gap year:D .

Anyway do you know about the flylady thread on O'S. Each day they give you a different area of house to tackle, don't try playing catch up, just jump in wherever they currently are. All rooms roll round again so it doesn't matter if a room is missed one week.

lol.. I've become quite adept at making cups of tea with one hand and one leg... the one hand because I'm holding K and the one leg because Ash is hanging off the other one!

Well we're back from K having her jabs and *touch wood* she's ok so far. I bought some paracetomol liquid when I was picking up my anti d prescription so gave her some after her jabs. Poor mite. I hate immunisations. :(

Also MIL and her boyfriend have come round to sort out our garden!!! Ashli hasn't got anywhere to play at the moment as the garden is a right state and we haven't been able to sort it out because of Ste working full time and me being pregnant and having K. I'm so so grateful to them.. can't wait til Ash can go out and play in it!! :D
