oh - have a good time tonight Hypno - we went to see Athlete last Monday - brilliant!

Twenty one days time we will be on our way to the airport - hoping for some warmth over Christmas - can't wait - having had a quite [EMAIL="!!!!"]!!!![/EMAIL] year as well we are looking forward to the break and doind something different.

Great sentiments Hypno. House is all cleaned ready for Wednesday and putting the Xmas decs out. Only a few for me as I wont be in the my own flat for Xmas day (going to folks) but can't wait to get the Xmas candles out and look forward to spending some time with the family!

We're pretty much in panic stations about the weather here as Edinburgh has had more snow in the last two days than last year during the Big Freeze! Pics on my thread for those who want a laugh

Still a snow-free zone in London although it's freezing here on the platform. Tubes reduced due to Strike action! Am cold!

it is carnage on the roads here - I have just arrived at work, and so far am the only one of my lot in.....boss has just called to say he is turning around and going home, and we are just about to call two others who are stuck to tell them to do the same thing. No admin staff have yet made it, so I think we are in for one of those days!

Am very much looking forward to tonight.....and hope the roads are good enough for me to get to the gig :eek:

Hope you get to the concert tonight Hypno, might it be cancelled if the weather is too bad?

WI this morning, 9 st 8 lbs, the blubber is gradually shifting 3lbs to go to get to my target. It actually feels achievable now, just got to make sure the hotel and restaurant food, combined with Christmas doesn't saboutage it.

Not sure if you're the same Hypno, but when it gets colder I do tend to want to eat more. I know it's logical as you burn more calories keeping warm, but it's managing to keep the balance right still that's the problem.
