    Send DS up.

It would have been via the chimney in Victorian times, so he can count himself lucky... ;)

Hey, you lot think you're all rock n roll watching the tv - I'm in bed already :D :rotfl: Now *that's* rock n roll! :D

(had to make myself scarce - there's a 'gentleman's evening' going on in the kitchen  seemed like as good an excuse as any for an early night!)

    A "gentleman's evening"? What's that a euphemism for?

mac, I hope I am not going to be too "grown up and settled" - this girl needs to learn how to have more fun, you know :rotfl:

Well, I was originally going to write something else, but thought better of it - didn't want to upset anyone who might be reading. And I didn't want to strike the wrong chord after you'd said you were looking forward to doing your SOA in your new house between Chrimbo and NY :rotfl::o I'll get me coat.....

Hypno I have to admit that I cringed a bit when I saw the 'settled' word too (Sorry Mac but I hate it, it just sounds like the end of all fun and adventure!). You are starting on the next stage of your adventure lady...and you'll do it brilliantly!

    See above ;)

Its not the thought of the spiders that terrifies me, just the sheer amount of crap that has been hidden up there over the years!

You never know, you might find a nice bit of "Ming" up there ;)

I think whatever is up there is more likely to be minging rather than Ming.....
