Indeed I am a happy hypno - what a superb evening! Trouble is, I am buzzing so much between the fantastic football and the copious amounts of diet coke I have drunk.....goodness knows how I will get to sleep tonight!

Well, I got sleep, of sorts.....woke just before 2 and took an hour or so to get back to sleep. I have got a streaming cold......it is not on, I haven't got time for a cold....so I am absolutely NOT allowing it to take over. I have so much work to do it is unbelievable, so I will be dosing myself up good and proper.

And the market is likely to be really crap today - the Nikkei has fallen another 10% overnight so that doesn't bode well for us at the open today.....ah well, it is what makes my job interesting!

The Japanese markets falling apart was pretty much to be expected though I guess, wasn't it? Awful occurances over there - I haven't caught up with the latest yet this morning but shall trundle across to the BBC site in a moment to see what's happening.

Good way of thinking with the cold - I always tell them to shove off, I can't be bothered with them. Sometimes they even oblige! High strength vitamin C tablets, echinacea if you can take them OK, and all the right healthy foods is the answer. Hope your day isn't too stressy, although I suspect the buzz from the football will make up for a lot!

Yes, the fall was/is expected, and we shall just see what the day brings. And of course, compared with the tragedy over there in terms of human lives etc, dropping a couple of hundred points on the FTSE is neither here nor there really, is it!

Still buzzing from the football last night - but still knowing that there are 9 matches of the season left to play keeps me in check - 27 points still on the table.....its all there to play for!

When the football season ends, the summer ski race season will be in full swing, and my weekends will be spent transporting DS around the country again.

And I think I have some more teaching lined up - having said that I wasn't bothered about doing it, apparently there are half a dozen of my favorite workshops that are to be allocated to me, so I may as well take them

Oh, and I will carry on just enjoying being :T
