Morning all
. I am always up early - well 5:30 - to sort horses and chickens so usually by 3 on a Friday I am lagging - yes its been a long week for me too.
Enjoy your drinks H.
Verbatim - where are you staying in Dorset? I only ask as I have a friend who lives there in a small cottage and OH and I are thinking of visiting her in the summer so looking for recommendations of where to stay.
Have a good Friday0 -
My alarm goes off at 5.45, so I am not too far behind you LAM....unfortunately, last night I didn't get to sleep until after 3am, so the early part of my day has been a struggle!
Still, I have plenty to do to keep me occupied today, so no chance to let the tiredness get the better of me!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Oof, Hypno, thats not a lot of sleep - I bet one drinkypoo this afternoon will send you right off! Enjoy the evening tho, you sound like your week has been full on.
Love the chat that went on here last night!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
it is just that busy time of year for me, KC - give me a few weeks and it will all calm down, but 5th April is looming and there is much to be done.....no let up until then!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. thankfully the lack of sleep has not hindered me so far! Lots to do, and little time to do it in!
Friday night drinks are a bit of a ritual.....a good way to round off the weekSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
KC - thanks, without you I would never have flicked back to last nights chat ... 'lady problems' and extreme gusset ironing!
My top tips for athlete's foot is to use neat tea tree oil on the area (it is anti-viral, fungal and it smells nice). If the person has sensitive skin ... unlikely if they have an aversion to sock changing then make them have a bath and put 10 drops of oil in that. Also, dust shoes with athlete's foot powder to stop re-infection or bicarb of soda for sweatiness (!?!) and wash trainers regularly...0 -
afternoon hypno, can relate to the lack of quality sleep! hope you are feeling a bit more awake very soon
am very inspired to hear of the running, glad you are finding your way through
I think pants have taken over MSE - ironing gussets here (well, not right here, I iron as little as possible!) and big knickers on the Matrix thread! I am starting to get confused! :rotfl:
here's to a lovely friday and a fab weekend0
