So.....not the best day today - not the worst but not the best. Still, have been for a run since I got home and got rid of some of the  element of the day, and will make egg and chips for my dinner, and watch the football on the telly before grabbing an early night. Might need to take a nytol to stop my mind racing, but hey ho.....c'est la vie.
Hope you have all had a good day, and that you have a good evening ahead of you too xSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
I can't remember where I was, but it was within the last couple of weeks where my friends suddenly decided that "bogies" was the most appropriate word to shout out.....:D

Ah yes, they are very mature. It is why they are so good for me
I do feel better since my run - it is amazing what a difference it can make. If I can get a good night's sleep too, then that will be a bonus.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
