Certain playstation games go very well, but you've got to know your stuff about which ones.
The classic PS1 games such as Resident Evil, Suikoden etc sell well, and even discontinued PS2 games can be good sellers.I once bought 2 copies of a game called ICO for £14.I sold each one for £50.
LazyTown stuff is selling well at the moment as there's not many official toys in the UK that haven't sold out already.0 -
I was dumping some stuff one day at a local recycle centre. Turns out they sell some of the stuff that people dump, including books, etc. I came across a box of action man clothes, including a full Welsh Guard uniform. Paid £2 for the whole box. Took it home to find a £1 coin in the box, too! Put an ad in the local paper and sold the clothes for £72. This was about 10 years ago.
Remember, your local recycling centres (The Dump!) sell stuff too. I was amazed at how many books people chuck away.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

My best sale was a Gladiator movie poster which astonishingly sold for £125.00. The great thing was I had 2 and sold the other to the underbidder for 200.00 dollars
I've just listed and sold a load of my son's old Pokemon and Digimon stuff. I thought the market has ended on these sort of things but apparently not, I got really good prices:beer:0 -

That's cos Ico is a classic game that is beautifully made. There is an edition that has a series of card artwork with it too. I have tried to buy it off ebay a couple of times, but give up when it gets to about £20+."I have enough money to last me the rest of my life, unless I buy something."0 -
My Mum has sold loads of my brothers old Thundercats, ghostbusters and transformers, some went for crazy money! I picked up a genuine Rupert scarf for a couple of quid in a charity shop and sold it for £15+ , also I've found that Laura Ashley clothes in large sizes sell well.0

Another great buy I had once was a Monopoly Party Xbox game. I bought this from Makro for £20 and got £35 for it on Ebay.
This is a really rare game for the Xbox so keep an eye open for it.

I've just remembered another one: a cheaply made but pretty enamelled brooch of an art-deco style greyhound. Bought for 99p in a junk jewellery shop years ago and sold for £16.50. Is it that people go mad for greyhounds?0

I sent them a large amount of dishwasher tablets which cost me £15 to send and they sent me their broken kenwood chef with the part to fix it.
It turned out the part to fix it was not the part that needed fixing. So I had a broken kenwood chef for about £30 worth of postage and goods.
I dismantled it and sold it as parts on ebay .The plastic bowl alone went for £7. I think I made about £40 of profit once I had sold all but the chasis and the burnt out motor. I often see parts of electrical items for sale .0 -
I saw a Lord of the Rings Labyrinth boardgame for about £2 today. Ebay throws up a couple of positive searches for it, just trying to decide whether it's worth buying for resale. Anyone else sold boardgames on ebay?"I have enough money to last me the rest of my life, unless I buy something."0
