Short of phoning the police over such a stupid matter, what do i do?

Do you realise that from now on whenever you post on the site someone is likely to do a search on your previous posts and find this thread - it will mean that no-one will ever take any of your questions or comments seriously.

Register a new account, never, ever mention this to anyone ever again, be especially careful when you are drunk and think "they'll find this story funny" - they will but DO NOT MENTION IT EVER AGAIN TO ANYONE.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.

You sure he wasn't homeless or something?

Would have really topped it off if afterwards he'd laid in your bed and gone to sleep!

While i nearly wet myself laughing when it got to the part about him ''splashing around in your bath'', sadly i know this story isn't true.

As in reality no-one in that situation would leave the bathroom door unguarded to go to their computer, log-on to a website forum about moneysaving, and post a thread asking for advice on what to do!! :rotfl:

Really...you obviously haven't read the thread about a couple asking to bury their dead dog in a house they hadn't bought yet...:D

I think you deserve a section all of your own on this forum, then when we are feeling down we can pop in and brighten our day up.

To be honest I thought you were very inconsiderate, you could have given up your bed and slept on the sofa, set your alarm so you could be up to make him a full English breakfast, also given him a double brandy to help him sleep before you tucked him in.

Just think if you did you may have gained a good friend there, he could have looked after your gaff while you were at work, possibly had a few of his friends round as well, just to be social like, but you've let all that slip through your fingers now, unless he pops back next week of course.

It might be a good idea to get extra food and drink just in case, I'm looking forward to your next thread.
