Hi,
we have stayed at Davy Crockett ranch twice - it was lovely! I think they have revamped most of the chalet's since then as well. They had just started doing it this time last year when we were there. If we went again I would stay there. It has its own pool, bar, animals, pony rides and restaurant plus the characters turn up for photos. It is nice to escape the park at the end of a busy day!! It was actually quite nice weather in October last year ( we were there for Halloween). The time before we went in March. OMG I have never been so cold!!!!!!!! It is true about the French pushing past you, to get wherever they want to be- different culture I suppose. We were on the long travelator to leave the park behind a long queue of stationary tired people. Along marched a group of french adults. Large rucksacks on back - physically barged us all out of the way - kids included. Hubby gave them a piece of his mind (watch out, watch the kids etc) and they gave us a mouthful back. Nice. Anyway, apart from that it is a fab place. No way would I di it in a day though. Nightmare! My advice is to stay at least one night - more if you can.0 -

It is a fab offer if you are prepared to do the travelling, it is a huge amount and also there is so much walking for little ones
Be prepared though for it being cold I went with my 5 children for 3 days last February and we hit minus 6 and it was freezing, we had 6 layers each on and still not warm enough
Although you walk and you are in the buzz of it all it really is cold and we couldnt sit and watch the outdoor show because it was just too cold, my youngest who was 3 then, really struggled as she was sat in pram and wasnt moving to get heat/hot therefore had to be kept warm but constantly going in and out of shops
It is a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to go back however never will it be in winter again, lol unless it gets considerably warmer!!
You will have laods of fun, but one day is never enoughI love a Bargain :beer:0
