    Students are revolting.

I blame it on a poor diet and hormones. No one likes a pizza face. :)

What do you expect with drivel policies from the toff tories and backstabbing from lib 'con'.

Recession is still being used as a scapegoat for cuts. The whole 'o look we can't afford it' is getting old and students are rightfully !!!!!!.

Toffs can afford it when the policy is in their interest I bet.

Maybe they should get a job and actually contribute something BEFORE deciding to kick off because some of their handouts are being reduced. No sympathy from me.

    LOL

Recession has seen to that. No doubt the gov use student levels to fix unemployment levels.

There are already graduates serving coffee etc doing low paid jobs. No not media studies graduates, people with high end degrees like law, physics.

    Handouts?

I had no handouts from the state and graduated in 2003. I assume you mean those who were lucky enough to get grants - including I suspect most of the MPs who are now deciding to make it more expensive once again to study.

I do not see that anyone that has yet to pay any tax into the system has any right to complain about how it is spent.
