  • lexuslass - if your happy to compile a list and then send out to each of us that would be great. i have already pm'd you. :)

polkadot - you could always add an extra bow or something to her hair or find/make a small red handbag/purse for her. there are ways of doing it.

So you think we could get away with "it" being a "her" then? Thanks for that.

I think Im on page 16 at the moment but Amy I wanted to mention if you are playing passport office this year (still havent caught up that far)Im pretty clue'd up on editing stuff and if you sent me the template Id be happy to help in that area.Im a cake decorator and I do edible images via post so spend loads of time designing toppers and editing stuff and what not;)

we have just soft stuffed elves and they get handled all the time. :) at this point it's really my dd (16) hiding them from me so they can't get into mischief... hahahahahaha silly girl. :) I call it "reverse elfing" and I usually find them and then.... well as they say, "payback is hell" :) They are actually going to show up for the first day of school with coffee for the family and the powdered white donuts and naturally some mischief will have happened, I'm thinking the school books will be wrapped in holiday paper. :) dd will NOT be amused, but I will be. :)

I love this post it is exactly how I will behave over the coming years with my ds. At the moment he is 10 and still enjoys the fun but i know these days are numbered and as he does get older I will still be doing the elf stuff just because it makes me smile.

Ignore the PM I just sent you Amy... I missed your initial reply quoted above! :o

Shall I say the cut off date will be Friday 18th November? is everyone OK with that?

Thanks Lexuslass for volunteering to take the Christmas Card lists. I would have done it, but I'm busy with the thrifty money thread.

Shall I pm you now, or do you want me to do it closer to the time?

you can PM me anytime... have already started building the list.

i tried sending the template out last year and no-one could get it to open/be able to edit it. we copied it from the organise christmas site and my hubby had to "crack it" as it was coded, using his college web design software (not available to buy under £400!).

more than happy to send it to you but as said not sure how easily you will be able to get into it.

BUT i may take you up on an edible cake toper - if you can do the photo type?

  • hi,

if any of you have small elves 8-10" and want clothes, the teddy bear collection (Was a monthly buy a bear at paper shops etc) the clothes are stitched onto bears (2-3 places only) but easily removed and fit the small elves!!!

lol Amy are they still on the organised christmas site?Id really like to have a bash at them. You have me enthralled over on the magic holidays board at the moment too (housework is seriously lacking today thanks to you;) )

As for edible toppers-yes that is the type I do...any type really. If you can print it on paper (well you know what I mean when I say you...I know you had/have printer issues),then I can print it on icing:) And athough I can do it on wafer/rice paper I hate it so only use the best quality icing sheets;)

I have a website and a facebook business page but iits been ages since I posted on here so think posting those details would be considered advertising?I guess I should say pop me a pm with an idea of what you were looking for as a start.

I have answered your PM-I think I may have pre empted some of your questions though, based on other questions Im asked so I hope I havent given you too much to digest in all at once;)
