  • hi,

i need some help...... i had written elf names in cheerios on worktop, by the time i had put the lid on tub etc the cat (real) had decided he was going to eat them!!!

i have tried to make giant snwman on floor from kitchen towel and the cat messed it up!

i cant put him out at night as it freezing and snowy, nor do i have doors downstairs to keep him out of anywhere. any ideas???

This made me laugh as my boy cat would do the same thing! Only thing I do is get up early in the morning before the kids usually get up and do it and hope for the best the kitty stays out of the way.;) I would suggest giving him some food while you are doing it so he will be full himself and happily ignore your elf doings.;)

I absolutely looooooove that idea! Our elf came about 3 days ago and so far I think the boys have liked it, but I'm on here for further inspiration and we have cheerios and they sometimes have them for breakfast! Perfect! Thanks!
  • me and OH are going to get the kids from school/to the shop - this means elves will be "home alone" and are going to make green pancakes as they got hungry - BUT made too much mix so we can have it for tea. :T:D me love pancakes!!!

their half eaten 1 with syrup n sprinkles is on the work top and they have forks in hand! :rotfl:

Well tonight Merry has made a christmas card for DS, complete with mini handprints all over it (use thumb as a stamp- must wash hands before bed lol). He has also been on the 'ElfYourself' website, how funny! He will be leaving a message about the video for me to check my emails (have purchased download £3.50 as couldnt resist but waiting for paypal to clear!). Just wish I could print the elves off the ElfYourself site!

I love reading this thread. When my god daughter is a little older, this is what is going to happen when she comes to auntie's house!!!

if you have it on full screen, and click print screen button on keyboard, it *should* take a snap shot of screen image which you can then print.

last night bertie n merry made their names from lego and a lego xmas tree.
