they played candyland game in the end AND the cat (real) decided he was going to play as well - was found batting 1 of the pieces round the floor when the kids got up!!!

i got a new lipstick left after them using mine other day.

I cant wait to see the childrens faces. Sally the Elf has just popped out with the help of the toy dog, she sat on his back. shes gone to fetch popcorn for movie night. As it was a bit chilly she also decided to borrow baby annabells coat. she is now locked outside and plans on ringing the doorbell so hopefully the children wil let her in :rotfl:
anyways best get going as its action stations soon for sallys arrival, hopefully we shall be finished for x-factor :T

just won my 4th elf!!! this will be merry's best friend like jingle is berties. the plan is these 2 come for few days BUT i think i will end up with all 4 visiting all the time.

i think i will have 3 all time next yr as kids already asked if jingle can come for the whole of december next yr. and new 1 wont be introduced until next yr.

just need a name for her......

We all are still pooly here so elf has taken himself into hiding again for the kids. Will most likely have him into things tomorrow night.

i have the most horrid children!!!

last night the elves swapped their shoes and hats for elf 1s - the elf 1s are shoe covers that go over shoes and their shoes are inside. the eldest said the elf shoes look like xmas bags and the middle moaned that he has got to go to school in them. and they both moaned they dont have knitted 1s like the baby does!!!

i thought they would find it funny. has really upset me, now not sure what they think of em etc.

Don't worry too much there not always going to be enthusiastic about everything the elfs do - mine brought the kids some xmas dvd's and there still under the tv wrapped in their plastic wrap. Could your elves not go in the huff with the kids to show them they're hurt? Or could you not write in their journals about how much they've hurt there (the elves) feelings?

Any way watch this it's really nice (was posted by Rizla 01 and they said i could re post it). I thought it could be sent in a email to those elves who didn't get cards xxx

Our elf arrived yesterday and we are now in full swing, gotta love Christmas. However, I cannot find the link for the letters the elf leaves when he goes home on Christmas eve. I know I bookmarked it but I can't find it now. I have the ones for when he arrived but if anyone can point me in the direction of the ones when he leaves I would appreciate it.

hi,

i need some help...... i had written elf names in cheerios on worktop, by the time i had put the lid on tub etc the cat (real) had decided he was going to eat them!!!

i have tried to make giant snwman on floor from kitchen towel and the cat messed it up!

i cant put him out at night as it freezing and snowy, nor do i have doors downstairs to keep him out of anywhere. any ideas???
