if anyone needs any crafty bits to jazz up elves/sleeping bags etc i cant reccommend this ebay seller enough - she was soooo helpful to me. craftybitz-t-and-l

where have you all got your elves from please? would love to join in

all 3 of mine are off ebay. my 1st elf bertie was "a 7-dwarrf from snow white" that i added gold ribbon and bells to. my 2nd elf is an aurora rag doll, again has had few christms buttons sewn on his hat and jumper, and the 3rd was a christmas rag doll, that has had snowflakes stitched to her dress.

hello i'm the proud owner Patchy Fluffy Paws, he's on facebook with a few friends now (thank you).
i'm having conversations with other elves which is great but my husband thinks i'm barmy!
loving all the ideas everyone else has, i have added photo's on patchy's facebook page from last year.

QUESTION FOR YOU ALL

is anyone VERY good/expirienced with photoshop or similar? i had a thought (dangerous i know) BUT if we all too a photo of our elves on a plain white or black background, they could all be merged into 1 big "santa's elves" photo which we can add to facebook/blogs etc. i can use it BUT not to the standard this would require.

if no-one can do it then i'll ask my oh, he's brilliant with that sort of things and it keeps him out of my hair for ages :j:j:rotfl:

that would be cool, if everyone else agrees.

theres still loads of posts being made on other thread so we are going to have to keep switching back to it. (unless we can get admin etc to lock the thread, with a note saying to post over here).

my two loved this last year, it was on screen one morning when they got up and the elves had been playing on the laptop ...they thought it was hysterical!!


Also, there is another one (which I'm sure many of you are aware of) where there's a video of Santa talking to your child (I also done one for my OH last year which was hilarious!). This one isn't live yet, but I will keep a lookout and post the link when it is.

Hello, we have an elf coming to our home this year named J.J. Jingles and over on the ''Grabbit it now'' board there is a free card thread and I have sent my two kids a Christmas card from J.J. to be posted to our house with a picture of himself and also a few words like he was really looking forward to spending time with them and having lots of fun and to stay on Santa's good list so he could come and the picture was for them to know what he looks like so they wouldn't open the door to other strange elves!

Just another way to keep the kids in line and make them even more excited about December 1st.
