Hello? Can we please return to the subject

I believe there is a board called Ebay (etc) on here which might be better suited for discussions about sellers

Thank you!!
I just thought other people should know what she is like. I did not intend to take this thread off the topic, but people seem to be interested as it's to do with cellowrap, a major essential to making hampers
Sorry :lipsrseal0 -

Beanietdc wrote:I got the base soap from https://www.meltandpoursupplies.com they aren't the cheapest though (they add VAT and £6 p&p on at the end) but I was doing a fairly big order.
Just do a search for melt and pour soap and you should find something - I think it is usually around £3 a kilo which makes a decent amount of soap to be going on with.
Hope this helps.
And you just add your own fragrance and colour yourself? I only need a little for 5 people.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -

Erm I'm not very good at measuring sizes (comes from being wrongly told for years what 12inches looks like by various men :rotfl:

The candles are about (and this is a very rough guesstimate) 3in x 3in? Various "flavours" (white chocolate etc) and shapes of cake were available!!
I really want to eat them as they smell so real!0 -

From what i've seen £5or6 p+p is pretty normal for base soap, it's heavy stuff! Best to get a bunch of stuff in one go and combine postage

I've bought from sellers 'craftwise40' and 'bathbombbiz' on ebay, about a fiver postage for both. I think royal mail or parcelfarce or whoever it is charge the same for anything between 1kg and 12kg.Beanietdc wrote:I got the base soap from https://www.meltandpoursupplies.com they aren't the cheapest though (they add VAT and £6 p&p on at the end) but I was doing a fairly big order.

Hi
This is my first post I have been lurking the site for a while, but thanks to this thread in particular I have decided to make my own cake/puddings/chocs/peppermint creams etc to save on money this xmas, i have done the cake and puds and had a practice on peppermint creams (which was a total disaster) and had a go at chili truffles and some baileys truffles today - both delicious
Just like to say thanks to everyone, I am going to now try and set myself budget for nov shopping challenge and join the £2 savers club etc
If I come up with any ideas I will post them too - thanksSealed pot Member target £200 - No. 151
