The Great Cheap, Safe Fireworks Hunt

I had the barrage pack from B&M last year which was the same price and make (TNT) as Aldi's box. Must say it was very good for the price! Will also say though, I am going to buy from Lidl this year just in case we dont have another chance to buy Weco!
I went to Lidl and thought the Weco range looked quite poor, maybe it is small but powerful, maybe not...!0 -

And the aerial breaks from SIB's at 25m or more in the bigger items is usually safe at less than 25m distance if used at 20m away. Fan cakes and fanned sib's need a bit more caution though because they spread across the firing area.0 -

You should write to the BSS and tell them to adjust the rules. Make sure you explain the bit about the wind.0 -

You should not be telling anybody to let off 25M fireworks at less than 25M....the general public will then think it is okay to let them off nearer and nearer. It was made 25M for a reason!!0 -
But what you seem to ignore and forget is that smaller and tamer 25m fireworks like small fountains and mines and roman candles, small 18shot cakes, and small wheels and small rockets and other small garden firework sized 25m fireworks(like the ESCO firework range is)plus small 25m stuff in selection boxes/packs is rubbish at 25m away, and they would fall flat at such distances(a crowd wouldn't be awed by such small caliber stuff on an open field at 25m away). These small piddling 25m fireworks are ok to break the rules with.0

I've bought a couple of packs today, the £6 Cyber Pack is just over 1 kilo in weight & looks excellent value for money, I'll grab a few pics in a short while.0 -
See this if you think 25m selection box stuff is good at 25m away

All of this is 25m selection box material and would be crap at 25 metres away.0 -
The Weco £6 Cyber Pack contains Cat 3 25M fountains, tiny things, or "pretties" as they are known
I'll shall fire these at about 5M.
