ive finally found the website for the store i will be going to at the weekend. its not great, but they do stock a heck of a lot of stuff, ive seen it!
can you tell me which makes of fireworks are the better ones to go for? they stock TNT (which are not great i know), brothers fireworks and men-shun along with others too. are they any good? what sort of things should i be looking out for? i like big cakes, mines and rockets.
they will do a price match from websites too (epic etc) so if anyone could recommend me some stuff from epic, i could take the prices along with me and compare them
heres the site:

cheers.
What is your budget? Brothers are the best.0 -
dont really have a budget, just going to go and have a look at what takes my fancy. im thinking around the £300 mark.0

You only seem to get a single page of Bright Star fireworks up on the garden centre website?0

yeah they dont have any on display at the website, which is pretty bad, but the shop itself is excellent. ill be going down tomorrow and ill ask if they have a different website because when i first went there they said they were in the process of updating it.
if anyone is interested, i have found the brothers pyrotechnics 2010 catalogue. looks pretty good. ill post the link if anyone wants it?0 -

Recommend
Tivoli
Big Bang Theory
Baby Boomers
AirBoss 2
Hercules 2
Legend
Zeus
King Dom Rockets
If you want "big" I would def get Hercules 2/Legend and the King Dom rockets. All of these you can see on YouTube. Hope that helps.0 -
cool thanks for your help
ill have a look at some of them after work.0 -

With that sort of money it's worth getting something delivered from someone like Epic/Newsbox.
£300 would get you this delivered to your door.0 -

It is. The screaming spiders and the ball head rockets are awesome! If you click the items in the list it will take you to that products page. You can see videos of each firework on there.
You also get all the extra's like safety goggles, rocket tubes, Portfires, a firing order and a safety guide.
I've lit most of the pieces in this pack and they're all been very good.0 -
King Dom rockets
These are excellent!

If you get a pack of these,it's best set off smallest to largest in order of size as the massive 3in shellhead rockets are amazing!0
