Hi,
Ive heard that Tesco and Lidl both have leaflets advertising fireworks on, going on sale 15th October. Havnt had a chance to get the leaflets yet, but if I do i will upload them.0 -
OMG! These companies are charging an outrageous delivery charge ie £40-£50. Is there any websites that sell good quality/cheap fireworks with free/cheap delivery?0

I echo this comment. This is the reason I tend to buy from supermarkets etc. Would love to find an online company with cheaper delivery rates for a £70-£100 spend.
The cheapest company with delivery I have found are http://www.fireworksarcade.com/delivery_info.php Dont know if this company are any good etc, but its the only one I can find with delivery under £200 -

No worries.
I do agree that delivery charges are very expensive. I've no idea how they get £40 to deliver up to £99 worth of fireworks. Its 40% of the total order value. Although, for customers close to their distribution network it seems quite good.0 -

I believe it's all to do with the specialist couriers they have to use to transport fireworks. Not many couriers around that have the licences to deliver them - hence
the costs being expensive. If you're able to get to the shop itself, I'm positive you'd get a better deal on the fireworks anyway.0 -
i live in birmingham. Any good cheap/good quality stores apart from the supermarkets?
There is Latiffs, who do bargains- not sure about quality though my lad! Jordan's in Leamington Spa is an all year round shop which does some deals like 30% off RRP on some stuff, and pack deals. They also sell "meshed" itself, which are 1.4G so can be stored for 21 days.0 -
