Shysarah good to see you are home - now take it easy for a few days and make sure you drink plenty to flush out the anaesthetic - be careful.
Triker you did well on your HHc - hope you are not coming down with something - take care (((hugs)))
AJ Thanks and well done for joining me - you are not allowed to be CBA its the weekend!!!!
serena that would have been brilliant and then again maybe you 2 would lead me astray:p:D:rotfl:xxxxxxx
In my HHC I
put out the recycling and checked the washing while I was out there
washed all the unit doors and appliance fronts
scrubbed the marks of the hob
scrubbed the splashback
cleaned the MW inside and out - it usually is done after every use but someone had spilt something and left it - i think it was this mornings carer when she was in on tuesday - she over cooked the porridge then!
I am about half way around the kitchen - i decided I wanted to make it sparkly myself so I will keep with it today and tomorrow.
just been to the shop for bacon as it is on offer and the woman tried to charge me the full price - she keeps doing this to me but i had added it up in my head! and got the local paper so going to have a wee read and then do a bit more before tea time,

Firstly, how do you have washing out? You are not much further North than me and there is no way I can get any out today.
If I had the whole weekend off I would agree with you re CBA however have you forgotten what weekend it is? I am working on Sunday with it being Remembrance Sunday and I hate having shortened weekends (normally we get 2 days off through the week even if they are not together but they can't fit the 2nd in this week). We are planning an easy weekend so OH can catch up on all the work his PT has given him, then Sunday shouldn't take it out of me too much.
I heard an army officer saying yesterday "there are a lot of Remembrance services this week" really? duh! I love doing them.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

It will be nice to get DH organised with all his planning and like you say its an easier weekend for both of you. When does he officially take up his post?
Triker that is so sad - a very tragic reminder what can happen in minutes.
tea has been scoffed
washing brought in and on airer to finish - not much ironing.
going to sit and read local paper before anyone disturbs me.

So did I and didn't spend a penny :j:money:
kazwookie is it too late to send you a clinique pm?
Busy day but no real flying, did manage to plant up about half of my rather excessive bulb order.
Dinner nearly done and I am off to check my smoke alarms to be safe
ETA 2 working but garage one has no battery - that will be fixed by this time tomorrow so thanks TrikerxThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0
