    Hi all....i've had no internet for 4 days....feel like someone chopped my arm off! Had a look at lists at my parents and am on track. Will post later. Haven't got time to catch up with thread so hope all well.xxx

  • cause I'm going away and MIL is coming for the weekend and I can't find ....well anything much.

    Have been lurking for the last couple of months (thanks for all the lovely lists and reminders) but time to get re-focused and as have to be at home today for a delivery, today is the day to get really back on track.

    So I'm off....NOW!

    Right bathroom is sparkling. But another question: some of my chrome bits (i.e. shower hose, mirror bottom and shower basket) have some rust on. I have scrubbed them but there are still bits there. Anyone have a solution?

    Right off to post DD thank you letters and go to the library bus, back later for the hoovering :rotfl:.

    Morning its absolutely freezing here and i'm still decluttering.

    Monday ~ Living room, Hallway and Porch!
    ALL DONE!!!
    Tuesday ~ Kitchen and Dining area
    Level One
    Sweep and mop the floor
    Clear and wipe worksurfaces
    Level Two
    Level Three
    Clear and wipe window sills
    Extras
    1. wash window sills
    2. Thoroughly clean out the cupboard with pans and plastic boxes.. if there is no lid fling it!
    3. Clean fluff and webs from extractors/vents
    4. If you've not already done so make a christmas meal plan, look up recipes etc and plan a trial run of anything new!!.. Write the appropriate shopping list!
    Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom and landing
    Level One
    Level Two
    Vacuum Floors
    Dust and Deweb
    Binbag dance
    Level Three
    Tidy the under stair cupboard
    Wipe down the paintwork
    Tidy away and shoes or books that are strewn about

    Extras
    1. Wash windows
    2. Sort through your make up and smellies.. are there any that can be rehomed/chucked?
    Thursday ~ Bathroom and study..
    Level One

    Declutter floors
    Clean bath, loo, shower.. etc etc.. you get the idea..
    Level Two
    Mop/
    Level Three
    Clean doors
    Extras
    1. Wash windows and sills
    2. Decant dribbles from bottles into fuller ones and bin those empties
    3. Clean paintwork
    Friday ~ Kiddies rooms, Spare rooms or another neglected room
    Level One

    Declutter and vacuum the floor
    Tidy away all the toys and games and books that are in the wrong places
    Spend half an hour doing something for yourself.. you time is very important!
    Level Two
    Strip and wash bedding and replace with clean.. vacuum and turn mattresses if needed
    Sort through a chest of drawers.. dispose of anything that is outgrown, worn out
    Level Three
    Dust and deweb
    Wipe over the bedframes and paintwork
    Binbag dance!
    Extras
    1. Wash windows and sills
    2. Wipe all the upstairs doors.. both sides!
    3. Sort through one box or drawer filled with miscellaneous gibble.. from any room.. it just needs it!!

    Myself, DD, 2 cats, 35 weeks pregnant.
    Debts- CC's- V-775, F-1253.10, BC-3291.80, T-1429.08. Total-6748.98. All 0%. Aim- to pay £200 per month.
  • In my HHC I did the following:

    Thursday ~ Bathroom and study..
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Declutter floors
    [/STRIKE]
    Clean bath, loo, shower.. etc etc.. you get the idea..
    Level Two
    Mop/vacuum floors
    [STRIKE]Wipe the desk keyboard monitor etc..
    [/STRIKE]
    Pull out the desk and clean under and behind.. :eek:Can't do that!
    15 minutes filing
    Level Three
    Clean doors
    Empty and wash out bins
    Clean radiators/fires in these rooms

    Extras
    1. Wash windows and sills
    2. Decant dribbles from bottles into fuller ones and bin those empties
    3. Wipe over sofas & chairs in these rooms
    4. Clean paintwork
    Friday ~ Kiddies rooms, Spare rooms or another neglected room
    Level One
    Declutter and vacuum the floor

    S&S study, wipe over PC desk and try to keep free from clutter.
    [/STRIKE]Laundry - 1 load washed and in TD and will iron later.

  • I'm in-bit late and it'll be 2 HHC-no ironing.Tackling bathroom, DD's room and cats room and possibly loft room if I get that far. Concentrating on tidying so then I can get cleaned right through upstairs.
