ok i know I have posted a thread on this already but I'm getting desperate now. I am stuck in germany and trying to get the british airways website to open but it's not opening!!:eek:
Please can someone tell me how to open the website it seems to be blocked. I have "pinged" the site and this is the result:-
pinging www.britishairways.com [163.166.156.201] with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Ping statistics for 163.166.156.201:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss)
I don't know what this means so could someone help me out?

thanks for the suggestion but can i have two browsers on one laptop? I am currently using Internet explorer but can I install firefox at the same time? I mean will they not crash my laptop?0
