    Mine was delivered yesterday, post mark said posted 29th...it's a lot smaller than I imagined but gorgeous

    Ordered mine from British legion Poppy Shop if you go into the website and click on contact us there is an e mail address.

    I finally received my jute bag & car air freshener yesterday but the Buckley brooch was not in with the order even though it was paid for on the 7th November. I have emailed and am waiting for a reply now :(

    I ordered one at the beginning of November for my mum's birthday (this Friday) and it still hasn't arrived. The jute bag came and it was hand written on the despatch note that the brooch would follow. I emailed over a week ago and no response - trying not to be too disappointed because it is the British Legion but I do wish the customer service was a little better.
