mine was despatched on 18 November and I only received it on Friday so hopefully you should get yours in the next day or so.

Mine is showing as ordered 9/11/10, shipped 22/11/10, surely it would have been here by now. I have rung up a couple of times, was told someone will call me back tomorrow but if they don't will call again on Tuesday.

I couldn't remember my username or password so requested the details, I've just had an e-mail saying that due to the overwhelming number of orders they are behind and also said this ...

Today, we are currently despatching orders placed on 23rd November and will update the website daily as we work through your orders to deliver your items.

Not sure what is going on as when I logged into my account it said the items were posted on 22 November, they must be using Snail Couriers or something as I've never had anything take this long before.

i left one of them communicator requests before and someone actually responded last week, ive not been able to get any other word out of them but at the bottom of the email there was another phone number labled poppy shop manager, so may be a better number to call

Hopefully will get mine soon then, I ordered 2 on 9th November and it's saying dispatched on 22nd, I've left a message for them to call me but not holding out much hope they will. Hopefully it turns up in the next few days as my parents are coming on Saturyday to bring presents and to collect the ones we have for them and I wanted one of the brooches for mum for Xmas.
