Ordered mine on 10th November , account says shipped on 24th November but only arrived today..........quite a long time from despatch to actually receiving the brooch.
It is lovely though and I will be wearing it with pride next Remembrance Day in support of our wonderful ServiceMen and Women

No brooches for me either, said it was sent on 22nd November, I've rung a few times but get a message saying no advisers available and to call back, I've left a couple of messages asking to be called back and no one has.

Will be ringing as soon as they open tomorrow and asking where my items are, one of them is for a Xmas present for my mum and they are coming up on Saturday to collect and drop off presents.

What is the size of this like.. the measurements on the website seem really small?

I received my two today. When I log into my account it says that my two brooches were dispatched on 22 November, the postal label has 14 December on it, I have rung and left a few messages this week so maybe they hadn't sent them out and sent them out the other day after my messages.

I was expecting them to be twice the size they are so a little dissapointed, mind you my fault as I never checked size when I ordered, not sure I'll give it to my mum now as it doesn't look as nice as it does on the website.

At least they arrived though.

i think they are nice
they are small, quite small

but you wouldnt want it any bigger i dont think,
one, it would look a bit garish, and two, it would pull on your clothes

i think she will like it
