Buckley Poppy Brooch

after seeing my mum in laws (she got hers from qvc ) i decided to order one for next year from the poppy shop .

my email says "Due to an over whelming number of orders received for Poppy products (including the Buckley Brooch) in support of the Poppy Appeal this year - the delivery of ordered goods is taking a little longer than normal.

Today, we are currently despatching orders placed on 4th November and will update the website daily as we work through your orders to deliver your items.

Once again thank you for your order and patience as we work to fulfil your order after this period of extraordinary demand for poppy products."

i hope this helps someone but try to remember it is for a good cause and i am sure they are trying their best to get orders out to everyone. i ordered mine today.

it is a very pretty brooch and is worth the wait

Mine arrived with the jute bags I ordered. They are quite small in comparison to the paper ones so I reckon you could wear them all year if you wanted to. Mine arrived on 12th!

Im still waiting for my jute bags. ordered them 2 weeks ago still nothing. E mailed poppy shop but no response so far.

I ordered 2 brooches on 2nd November and order says despatched 9th November but still not received them. Tried emailing poppy shop 4 times now and still no response - anyone else have this problem or have more contact details. thanks

I would be a little bit worried. I have just checked my order and it said it was despatched over a week ago and I've not yet received it. I will try contacting them tomorrow and will let you know how I get on

Mine was apparently despatched on 17th, so again over a week ago. Not arrived yet.

I received my jute bags over a week ago.
On the invoice was handwritten brooches to follow.
just emailed them to check.

Ive been using the info@poppyshop.org email address but the emails keep getting returned as undeliverable. Cant get a chance to phone them before next Monday as I think they are closed at weekends.

After reading your messages I checked my account and said my poppy was dispatched 17th so rung number 03001239110 and waited in a queue for a while then a lady told me that she'd had a few calls like this and that she'd get customer service to contact me (took my details) but said that she didn't think it had been dispatched because they where still waiting stock to arrive (early December), she'd even ordered one herself and was waiting for it.....hope this helps.

Anyone else still waiting for their brooch ? Mine says despatched on 22nd Nov but I read on here that they are waiting for an order in early Dec.
