    I think the poster was trying to give an indication of how long the orders take to come - she said she looked at her last order with them i.e. she ordered something else from them on the 2nd and it came today!!

    Just noticed on the email it says

    "You will receive a further email to acknowledge that we are processing your order."

    I take it this is when they will tell you they are not honoring it,,.

    No she didn't she said her last order- she was giving someone an idea of Debenhams confirmation email to delivery timing!!

    Think they have sussed it out now - got this message "Your request cannot be completed, as one or more of the products you wish to purchase are not available in the quantity you requested."...Obviously a glitch!
