i am confused as to why people ring them? surely you are just telling them theres a glitch!?

Soooooo true why do people feel the need to highlight this as if it is a glitch then by ringing them you have just ensured that they know about it and will stop the orders of the lucky ones that managed to order!!!!

well online its all computers, when you ring its a live person! so totally different

Well obviously, I mean, same outcome. She put me on hold (I'm guessing to check the price?) and came back and put the order through for me so I don't really see the problem. They'd notice the glitch anyway when ridiculous amounts of orders came through!

Not necessarily. I have cancelled 2 orders previously that went through Quidco and still got the cashback.
  • Ok my order just went through with no problems.
Never ordered anything like this before I am normally too late :(

How long does it take before you hear about them cancelling orders ??

Apologies if this is a silly question, ive never tried a glitch before.

What happens if they do not honour, does the money come out of your account then go back? Or does it never leave your bank account? I haven't had an email yet. How long does it take for them to get in touch??

    Thanks :o
