did people whose orders go through get a thank you for your order email AND then a debenhams confirmation email???
or does that mean that its gone through twice?

its not out of stock when the generic error comes up as most of us have had it!!!!

i got one to say order confirmed, another to say its being processed but as yet still awaiting the dispatch notice!

Are you always this bitter? There is absoloutely no indication that the reason the orders aren't going through is because of those trying to order by phone. I called up to order - I wasn't reporting a glitch to them. I tried three times online and it wouldn't go through - then I and many others would have called up to try and oderr - but by then it was too late. So take your cynical attitude elsewhere, please
