    the majority on here have agreeed that ringing to order is notifying them of the glitch. we all had problems ordering online but we perservered. we could have rang but most of us are not that silly!

    mine went straight through I got two messages one from [EMAIL="mail@oline.debenams"]mail@oline.debenams[/EMAIL] and the other yourorder@debenams

    Cynical am i. Then ask how many times something like this happens and whether anyone else says what i have. An automated system that cuts out humans has more chance of the orders succeeding than someone phoning up a 'live' operator.
    How dare you tell me to take my attitude elsewhere, particularly when others have already posted the same views.
