Because that's the way he (I presume) works. He's a master of diversion and obfuscation and rarely directly addresses the point of disussion. Best to add to your ignore list and move on as he rarely adds much of value to the debate.
Unfortunately certain posters find it impossible to avoid rising to the bait.

Why would somebody decide to sell when it's not a sellers market?
For the same reason that people buy when it's not a buyers market. Changes of financial circumstance, change of housing needs and change of geographic location being a few examples.
The single biggest flaw in this argument is that if it was remotely true then it would have been true in the past and house prices would never crash.Having a signature removed for mentioning the removal of a previous signature. Blackwhite bellyfeel double plus good...0 -
