Next leg down is still underway. Clinging on to one months figures (which is usually called noise) to try and refute that is just desperate.
I realise it's entertaining several of you and your all rolling around laughing, but the rest of us can still see outside of one months expected rise on one index.
This is all just a little silly. Though i understand why people feel the need to grab the tiny opportunity they have.0 -

Are you denying house prices are falling, on the basis of one months figures on one index, which we all knew would rise, and all knew why it would rise?
Come on, enter discussion, or at least try.
