Mr 3Dogs is off to bed as he has been up since 5.30 am, and I asked me to say goodnight to you SW and thank you for the lovely chat :j

It won't be long before I am in bed either tonight SW - I am going to have my melon, pineapple & banana with yoghurt now I think :j :j Back in a little while - you won't forget to check your sugar levels will you hun? And eat, and inject too??
