Many thanks SW - I was really pleased with the 2 lb loss as I am trying very hard not to turn to treats like cake/sweets/chocolates when I am stressed up here. I have my normal breakfast and supper, and lots of fruit during the day, then my evening meal made by my brother. He does use oil and marinades and things like that, but as I am not having any other naughty things, I am controlling it by sticking to proper slimming w*rld food for the rest of the day
It is so easy to turn to naughty foods to comfort myself with all of this going on, but I am being strong and resisting. And the resultant weight loss makes me feel much better than the naughty food would
Mind you I did have a Double Chocolate Mega Cookie tonight as a treat - I could have had two as there were two in the pack, but I gave one to my brother straight away so I couldn't change my mind and eat both of them!!
I did not manage to contact CCCS about my DRO this morning but should be able to do it tomorrow morning. I can only ring them when my brother is out, as he would understand about such things and I would be too embarassed anywayMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

Susan well done on cake. You deserve a treat now and again. It will be good to ring DRO person's tomorrow. I am taking the day off from work and marking at home as soo many assignments and exam papers to catch up on. I will be in all day.
Well done on updating your diary. It will help other people for sure and makes me realise what a brave person you are.

I'll give you a handy tip for loosing weight. Drink 2 glasses of water before a meal, and you will naturally eat less. In a recent test, 48 people lost an ave. of 23Lbs over the 1 month trial. Goto be cheaper than slimming clubs.
BTW, good news regarding your mum 3Dogs.Never Knowingly Understood.
