Hello all. Gotta post and scarper. Glad your mum is getting better and happy that you are able to go out a bit and focus on less stressful things. I have loads of work to do before lessons tomorrow and will have to get up early so an early night for me. Frit good luck on night shift. Hey do you get discounted tablets and stuff? How peculiar wonder what the perks are in your job?
Aureol what's all this Curry's stuff?
Can you offer me any advice on furniture shopping too? Also i would like to buy a flat screen telly for upstairs now one has been added to the bungalow. Any ideas of best places?
I was going to wait till the January Sales for both but i dont know if it is better to get stuff before. off i go goodnight all.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Well done on the win
pleased to hear it!
I got 4 x £5 vouchers too. Not sure if I have enough ink in my printer to print though.
That is fantastic news about the DRO! Well done you! I know all this is hard for you and having to make calls when your brother is not around, etc, But you are doing all the right things.0 -
SW, don't go out buying stuff right now! not worth it! By all means window shop, so you have an idea of what you would like, but I would hang on and buy in the sales. And if you keep an eye on the grabbit thread, you may find some glitches that will save you a lot of money!
Last year, Comet did some kind of thing, where if you registered for their email newsletters, you got discount codes, and people were getting 50% off codes! I will try to keep an eye on grabbit for you, but kinda busy the next few days. If I see anything will PM you, but be aware Grabbit, is just that! Once an MSER posts something, 35000 views later, the glitch can be busted!
will PM you tomorrow SW about Currys0 -
It seems that most people are getting the £5 off vouchers Aureol - but better than nothing ain't it? I assume they will be for either store so they must come in handy for something

Oh and by the way. Currys are offering 15 million prizes or something? If you go to Currys or PC world, they have a booklet about their offers. On the back page, is a code, you need to go online, enter the code and they will tell you what you have won. One per household
some lucky people have won some of the nicer prizes but a lot have won the £5 off anything, no minimum spend at currys.

yes, there is a £5 sandwich maker
also valid until 24/12/10 so if you hold until Sales.... you could get stationery, mousemats, etc cheaply or free!
love that word FREEEEEE0 -
It's what Aureol told us about the other day SW, where there's a code in the catalogue from PC World and Currys and you check it online and are bound to win at least a £5 off voucher, with no minimum spend - Aureol will PM you more details, so wait for that;)
Aureol, if you've enough ink to print one voucher, then buy some ink with that voucher, you can print the others :rotfl:
P.S. I love that word too - FREE!!Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12
