HELLO!!!!
Ace to be back and especially to see you doing so well on the diet. Like mine, it sounds expensive but worth it.
Keep keeping on lady and XXX'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -
I've not been on as I couldnt get my books to balance; seem to be short of funds in my account but couldnt understand why.
I havent had enough to make a CC payment.
Tonight it all became sickeningly clear.
On friday I went to the post office to pay some cash in :
£50 to cover the PGL cheque & another £30 to cover my half of the gig tickets that I put on my debit card.
Checked my bank account again & have now realised that £80 cash credit hasnt shown up. Riffled through my purse to find the receipt & it say 'DECLINED' on it in red. I always chat briefly with the guy in the post office & didnt even look at it , just shoved it straight in my purse:(.
It's now 3 days later & although he must have realised that he was £80 up, it just says £0 declined on my receipt, so how the hell am I going to convince him that I paid that £80 ?
I could cry.
Going to eat cake now.
Please send positive honesty vibes to post office man for me.0 -
:( blimey - first time I've heard of a machine declining to accept money.
Sending vibes and hoping there will be some kind of record.
And hoping the cake helped take the edge off.

Am sure once you go in to PO and show them they'll be able to check their records and find your money.People that normally work in PO are usually honest.Good luck xx0

I agree that you'll get your money, honestly, Lula - money being put in being declined, and yes, your receipt doesn't show that you put £80 in, but why would you try to put zero in? I understand the sick feeling totally tho, I'd be devastated. Many, many honesty vibes going to the man in the post office.2023: the year I get to buy a car0
