EH you made me laugh about the rollerballs - weren't they flavoured? And sticky as hell?!
:rotfl:
They certainly were, I'm sure I had a peppermint one. I seem to recall also the fashion was to absolutely ladle them on so the gloss was practically dripping off your lips. My lordy we looked fabulous!:DI remember my Mum having those rollerball lip glosses. Glass bottle with a red lid? I used to pinch it sometimes when she was at work.
Jacks, you'll be pleased to know that I managed to avoid the ironing but only because I went and did different housework instead- pah!
Oh dear - anyone else out there feeling truly ancient now?!:rotfl:

UU'd up this morning a Cutex Nail Varnish remover. WIBA? I find it tough to get excited about this stuff - if it removes thed nail varnish that's good enough for me! Got another Cutex one to use next - it's an acetone free one though and from my first go with it this morning I'm unimpressed. Also, OH UU'd a soap in the shower last night and then found he'd run out of his usual ones to replace it with, so he's not using a bar of Imperial Leather from the stash. He's being helpful and doesn;t even realise it - how good is that!
Got a couple of splutterers - shower gel hasn't got much left in it, and the body butter will run out next time I use it as well. I had a little dig through my dressing table drawer this morning and found a couple of eyeshadows which might have to find their way to eBay. Also discovered that I don't need to buy mascara for a long, l-o-n-g time.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Hi All
One UU to report - Vaseline aloe fresh body gel. WIBA prefer body creams than gels but I did enjoy using it when on holiday. Found it refreshing and cool on the skin when I was in Costa Rica on my hols which was why I originally got it. Would buy again for this purpose.
I also got some Nivea Visage facewipes from Boots. Were on a 2 for £4 plus I had a £1 voucher. Paid with points and no real money spent. They will get used so seemed silly not to make the most of the offer.
Have a great weekend.
Ooh is that a new thing that Boots are doing. You dont normally get to use vouchers when paying with points0 -

Sealed Pot Challenge #1221
Less shoes less shoes less shoes etc0 -
I got rid of a carrier bag of stuff this week, donated it to the charity table at work. Most of it was things I had bought for DD and she decided she didn't like, stuff I had multiples of and a few candles, for some reason people buy me these and I never get around to using them. Thought it was for a good cause, but still can't really see much of a dent in my stockpile I have been at this for almost a year now and dread to think how bad it would have been had I not started this challenge.
Also used up a few items myself, but nothing special just shower gel, toothpaste, deodrant and lip balm, all stuff I still have loads left to use up.0 -
Save me, girlies! I had just decided that I would only buy Touche eclat and nothing else before December, when I got emails about another £10 of points for spending £50 in Boots, and an amazing Bliss GWP from uniquebeauty, for spending £35 on Bliss bits. I'm sorely tempted - I love their sage and lemon body butter... it's still an insane amount of money for a body lotion though. I've left the emails in my inbox while I brood over it...
On a better note, one UU this morning:
Tresemme Colour Revitalise Treatment Masque. WIBA? Yes, yes, yes! This is my HG hair treatment masque - I use it every 2nd wash and it makes my hair really soft and shiny. As a bonus, it's really cheap and you get a huge amount - think I got it for £2.15 for 500ml, on offer. I'm not going to buy it again until I've used up my other 3 conditioners though.
Have a good weekend! x0
