Can I have some positive vibes going his way please? He has just had a job interview...for the job he is doing! He thinks it went ok and should find out this afternoon. If he doesn't get it then he will go back to part-time hours rather than full. I can't wait until we know either way, it has been a stressful couple of months.

Positive vibes coming your way for you and your OH

Well done on the paperwork Triker...

s'funny how THOSE jobs (ie the ones you put off again and again) are never quite as bad as you expected, make you feel virtuous when they're done and yet you still put 'em off
*blushes for shame as is just as bad*

my (almost) half hour with AJ consisted of bringing in the shoe rack, the doormats and the washing as it started raining. (I put kitchen stuff outside if I can while I clean the floor). I have flung my duvet cover, pillowslips and valance sheet into the TD for half-an-hour to finish off, then it will be jumpers. I have loads of laundry to do (due to losing a day) to must keep up the pace there.

  • well ive managed to wash up the dishes so once they have drip dried i will have plates again :D

have had to make a loaf of bread as ive none left - used the last of it for cheese on toast last night and it was gorgeous. so its now just sat rising for 1.5 hours to then get popped into the oven for half an hour to bake.

im trying not to spend any more money on food this month as i did a huge costco run a couple of weeks ago and everytime i go to the supermarket i buy more booze to stockpile for oh coming back.

OOOOOHHHHH a little bit of good news, remember a couple of weeks ago i was ranting about OH possibly not going to be back in time for the wedding, well i got a text at silly o'clock this morning and he says he thinks he will be back for start of feb :j
