Slowly but surely. I am wondering how devious I can be...I am thinking of leaving the ironing and hoping OH will do while I am away tomorrow. There isn't too much so if he doesn't do it (which is very likely) then it can just be added to Sunday's lot. Hmm, I am not avoiding it, honest

I'm so sorry I haven't read the thread. Such a busy week.

I started my new job today - spent 3 hours building car racing tracks which was unbelievably fiddly.

On the cleaning front I have again re-done my kitchen. I am being driven demented by the loss of my hard floor tool for the dyson. I suspect it is somewhere in the boys bedrooms but I'm not brave or stupid enough to tackle them.

I did one 2 ft pile of ironing yesterday and intend to tackle a 3ft pile tonight to keep me awake. I have to collect DH from Stansted later as he has been out to Fontwell races on a jolly today for Great Ormond Street.

A frantic weekend awaits me so I doubt I'll repost on this thread. In the meantime I wish everyone a lovely weekend. See you all on the new thread.
  • Delurking to kick myself up the butt for the weekend, I have done all level ones and level 2s in the bathroom and toilet, which is a big improvement for me,

    HHC at 4pm anyone? :D

OH rang earlier. The head went to see him to say he will now have to wait until Monday to find out if he gets the job or not  we were hoping we would know either way and get it out of the way, looks like it will be niggling at the backs of our minds instead

    Ohhh I am so tired.

Mum popped in after lunch and I ended up taking her to morrisons. Got a few bits I needed too but ill pop that in the GC thread.
Anyway now I am home, have made the deadly move of sitting down with the laptop and feel like flaking out and staying here for the rest of the night.
No can do sadly got a fridge of bits than need cooking and sorting out to freeze and using before they grow legs and crawl out. Otherwise I will be seriously kicking myself. Especially as I have spent a lot of my GC budget all ready.

Ok be back later no doubt xx

Have you guys seen this https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2838758

On the Grabbit boards, the Tesco Clubcard website now shows any unused vouchers, I've just found £20 I'd mislaid or forgotton about...hope you find some unused vouchers.

I've done a little bit more paperwork but I'm pretty much done for the day. Kind of forgot its bonfire night, oh well as long as the cats in I'll give it a miss I think.
