  • Every other day pretty much. I'm relieved that so many people do this, i was starting to feel like a dirty so and so for not washing every day but my scalp just wouldn't cope with it :)
  • Every day, unless I'm not leaving the house, in which case I don't bother. It's a necessary evil!
From Starrystarrynight to Starrystarrynight1 and now I'm back...don't have a clue how!

Ironically, if I have a professional wash & blow dry it easily lasts 3-4 days. What's the difference?
Funny you should say that... I recently bought some professional shampoo and conditioner from my hairdresser, meant for coloured hair. It's called Dumb Blonde by Bed Head (it's not only for blonde hair, I'm brunette). Since using it I find I could get away with only washing my hair every 3 days if I wanted... apparently it has lots of protein in, maybe that's why? They are 750ml pump action bottles, only need to use a blob the size of a 50p coin... been told the two bottles should last a whole year but I'll be happy if I get 6 months from them. Plus they smell amazing :D

That would be a reason to make it well worth buying:D

I'm am everyday in the shower girl. I can sometimes get another day out of it, but I need to put a load of product on it.
My hair is greasy at the roots, and it shows if I don't wash it for a day. Also, since I'm growing out a short cut, I need to wash and blowdry it everyday to get it to sit anyway decent :)

    Every morning apart from Sundays.

I work in a tyre factory, believe me when I tell you eau de gomme clinging to greasy hair isn't very nice! :rotfl:

Every morning without fail. And sometimes I have a shower before I got to bed as well, so on those days it gets washed twice. I couldn't imagine not washing my hair every morning.
  • I have to wash my hair every day if I want to leave the house.

Sometimes on a weekend I will not wash it but I cannot leave the house for shame`s sake as my hair is so greasy, not just the scalp but the whole length of my shoulder length hair is hanging in greasy strings despite having only been washed the previous day.

I have tried all sorts of shampoo from mild baby shampoo, medicated shampoo, expensive salon stuff etc but nothing helps. Currently trying Green People shampoo which I have only used twice but hoping it will ease my itchy scalp.
