Poll: How often do you wash your hair?

Oh now you have me interested
I've recently found that I can get three days between washes IF I use a leave in conditioner rather than "normal" conditioner AND if I wear my hair in a pony on day 3
Please can you let me in on your routine - how much bicarb etc as I'd like to give this a go
:):)
About a heaped teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda in a little cup or bowl. Dissolve it in hot water(about half a cup) and then(I do this in the shower) rub it into your head. It should feel a little bit different as the bicarb gets to work ,sort of light and clean but it wont get frothy. I wet my hair first under the shower. Keep working it in until there is nothing in the bowl. Then wash it out again.
You can rinse it afterward with a vinegar rinse but I don't bother.
You hair will feel a little bit different when you are wetting it but it looks perfectly clean and smells of nothing.0 -
I wash my hair every day, as it gets really greasy if I don't. I have quite short hair, above my shoulders in quite a choppy style.
I rearely use conditioner unless my hair feels particularly rough and I use a mild shampoo. My favourite shampoo is the Lush "Big" shampoo, with sea salt and lemon and various other good things in it.0 -
I'm another daily washer. I'm in the shower anyway so I may as well.0

Periodically I try to cut down on the frequency of my hair washes but I really prefer it when it is freshly washed so I tend to cave in quite quickly.
My latest squeeze has closely cropped hair and he just runs a shower gel bubble covered hand across it in the mornings.0
