About twice a week, I have 2 'down' days and then 1 or 2 'up' days. It doesn't really get greasy, it just gets nkotty and dry so it needs washing by the 4th day justs o ica n brush it and condition it (i have long curly hair)

Once a week and I have really long hair and its in very good condition am convinced washing your hair too often is bad for it.

Normally once a day - usually at the gym, or in the morning before work on a non-gym day..

Well Im amazed people can wash their hair every day, Id worry about stripping it of all its oils if I were washing and drying it every day, not to mention the time it would take! 2 or 3 times a week is my max unless Im on hols.

My hair is rly long, and it doesn't take me more than 5-10 mins in the shower each day - can't understand one of my friends, she spends almost an hour in the shower!
  • I do mine every 2nd day. Its coloured and gets straightend everyday so doesnt get greasy as quick with it being so dry. xx

Once a week, twice at the most and I use dry shampoo inbetween if I need to, the thing about leaving your hair for 3 weeks and it cleans itself seems to work my friend did it and her hair never looked better but she dosent colour or use heat on her natural long hair so for those of us who dye it just wouldnt work:(

I wash my hair usually every night as it picks up cooking smells at work.

I just give it one shampoo and a small dollop of conditioner every time as my hair is long and coloured.

Washing it so often doesn't effect it adversely, it's luckily strong and shiny and no scalp problems. This has been a way of life for so long now that I feel a bit grubby if I don't wash it before bed tbh, even on a day off!

Every other day. It gets a bit itchy and knotted if I leave it any longer.
