Poll: How often do you wash your hair?

Options
I'm interested in how often people wash their hair, v. interested in 1940's/wartime style living and I know they were restricted to once weekly bathing and that shampoo was severely limited. How few times do you think you could get away with in the interests of saving shampoo/water/heat etc? I don't think I could do the "not wash it for long enough and it will clean itself" as my scalp gets quite itchy if left for tooo long.
Thanks for any replies.

Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.
