(Where do you all get your fab smilies from?! I'm hugely jealous of them!!!)

If you right-click on a smiley on somebody's post and select "Copy Image Location" then open a new tab on your browser and paste into the address URL; you'll see from which web site the smiley is from

  • Hi all, hope everyone is well on another chilly morn..... Just a quick update - 10 so far. I really feel like I'm struggling this month so I'm going to reduce my target to 15. Not sure if I'm allowed to officially do that or not. But I'd rather have an achievable goal than give up and then end up spending even more. If I can't officially reduce it at this late stage then it'll just be in my head. Hope you don't all feel like I'm a big fat cheater :(
  • hi everyone

not been on in a while, was having computer problems.

glad to see you're all doing well. i got another NSD yesterday and aiming for a few more over the weekend!

I think I'll be in line for the kipper too. That's three spendys in a row for me too, but that should be it!
Got my weekly shop and some Christmas bits that were on offer, plus I topped up the diesel, put the money for the bing-bong lady and the hairdresser in an envelope and my fares for next week are in the jar, SO- I do not intend spending anything for a few days at least!:rotfl:
Off to hide from that bloomin kipper.............

*wanders up to poota rubbing ears in concerned puzzlement* Hi Gang..you'll have to excuse me but my ears are really hot! Someone must be talking about me *glares towards those certain posters who have made unflattering comments about my...enthusiam! for this Challenge*

Hey-Ya Tee Dubbya  Personally I think you've made a decisive call based on how YOUR mind works best. And No. You are definitely NOT a cheater, obese or otherwise :D

The way you lot are talking, it would be cheaper to get a tin of sardines :rotfl:Mind, I keep threatening me muvva wiv either a wet kipper or limp lettuce leaf when she passes some sarcastic comment or other, so I know how you feel ;)

When I joined this Challenge, everyone was responsible for keeping their own tally so it's no problem for me. As others have said you do a sterling job in keeping up with us all Spoon, but your health & sanity have to come first. Just tell us what will make things easier for you & we'll do it. That's why I try to put my new total in a different colour from the rest of my post so you need only have a quick scan.

Having said that, I'm on No 12 now. I'm hoping to get to the supposed superstore over the weekend to scope out the cookers but will order from my local branch; it probably doesn't make a difference to delivery charges but a) it may be cheaper, b) it's closer to go to if I've any questions & c) it's kinda supporting my 'local' shops.

Good Luck with the Race Cheryl; I admire your choice of music :p but felt a bit annoyed when I saw them on a tv programme during promo for their first album when they said they are not permitted to wear uniform for public appearances! Ridiculous the way this country treats their Armed Forces & emergency services, almost like they amount to nothing more than lackies  Ooops :o wrong place, wrong time. Sorry *picks up soap box & backs out slowly, bowing with each step*

    Aye oop gang!

Spoon - welcome back to the asylum. Certainly a roundup once or at the very most twice a week will be enough. As you can see I put my running total in my signature and make a point of altering my signature first then posting that I've got another NSD. Hope this isn't too confusing, if in doubt just look at the signature.

St Andrews day - are you lot serious? Do you really think I would want to go over the border in this weather to look at a bunch of hairy-rsed blokes in skirts with no pants underneath?

    Oh go on then!

I'm guilty of spending far too much time surfing the t'interweb! xaeron.net_smiley-computer002.gif

Anyway, as for me: yesterday was NSD number 16 and my 3rd NSD in a row at my 3rd attempt! :T

I'm finding loads of forumites are feeling a bit low and struggling with MSE ways at the moment, so don't feel disheartened - we all need to keep going with the challenges otherwise we might slip into bad habits and we can't have that! ;)

... At least it's Friday, which means it's the start of the weekend! Woohoo!!3_4_29.gif
