Try your local butchers
Or ask down your local village pub. I get mine from the local farmer (also get pheasants, apples pidgeons) and he usually charge me about £1 per brace (they stil need skinning and gutting) and I drop off some blackberries etc from time to time

I get mine from my butcher, he usually has wild rabbits, which are of course free range and have had a natural diet. A good butcher should be able to find some for you even if he doesn't normally stock it. I haven't had much luck getting rabbit recently, the butcher said they just weren't getting any brought in ? Don't know if this is a countrywide thing - few rabbits this year ?
They're good value about £3 - £4 each. A wild rabbit is smaller than farmed and will serve 3-4 people in a stew with lots of veg (I make it serve 2 adults and 3 kids- one of whom doesn't like it, so 2 kids really).0 -

They have them here, but I think £6.55 a kilo is extortionate:eek:bearing in mind they only weigh about 1 kilo each.

Lots of good butchers won't be able to supply rabbit - rabbit is considered "game" and you need a special game license to sell it. Most family butchers wouldn't have a game license unless there was a large demand in their area for it.:happylove0
