Lovely large joint of lamb. £20 worth. Had it as a roast last night and I was planning to eat it cooked again as a caserole slow cooked for 3 hours today. Lovely "Economy Gastronomy" recipe. DH wont eat it. I'm happy to eat it if its been effectively boiled and then simmered for hours. As long as I get three posts saying…

If I had to toss every food item my cat has licked or tried to steal, I'd starve! LOL!!

Especially the little one. he's a master thief. You'd think he's never getting fed!
