    My small print is under the order items etc , probably the same as where yours says that. Except mine says 'Due to an invalid promotion we will be charging £12.00 to the method of payment you gave us within 24 hours and it will appear on your statement as Evans'
    So thats £5 for the ring. £2 for the socks. £4 for delivery and £1 for who the hell knows?!? Because theyve taken the discount from the codes off me AND the 20/30% promotion they were doing on friday when i ordered. :(

    had a despatch email for my scarf, no mention of extra charge. I paid via paypal so don't think they actually can take any more than authorised. Didn't think they could charge more to a card either if you've only authorised a certain amount?!
  • My order has been cancelled too, but the items I have ordered are actually in stock. I have sent polite e-mail requesting explanation. Let you know if I get a reply.
  • Just got a despatch email for 2 pairs of socks for 70p :)

    why don't you just not accept the delivery when it arrives and say you want to send it back without opening? they will have to refund you I think...

    I got an e-mail saying the same thing so just went and checked their website only to find the top available.

    I have just reordered the scarf I originally ordered as it is quite clearly still in stock!

    If they want to tell me the truth about why they cancelled my order (i.e they messed up by allowing a code to work on items that it shouldn't work on) - I'd happily accept that! They've had days to fix it yet the code is still working.

    I don't appreciate being lied to :mad:
